Good Times

December usually goes by really fast. With all the extra things going on and with all the excitement it usually flies by for me. This year was no different! In fact, it may have gone faster this year! We had such a great couple of weeks spending time with Bryan and Brandy and their 4 beautiful children. We loved every second of it! Brady and Bryan both had to work the first week that they were here, but they both got off early on the 23rd and they do not have to be back to work until January 3rd. We have had so much fun playing together.

While they were here we have had a baptism, gone shopping, gone out to eat, gone to Zoo Lights at Hogle Zoo, we went to see the lights at Temple Square, the kids have played in the snow, which is a novelty for the South Carolina kids, we have played games, played the wii, made scones and made A LOT of hot chocolate!! We had a really, really good time even if we were just hanging out! (For me, that is my favorite time, hanging out and talking or playing games, especially after all the kids are in bed!!)

Brandy and I talked about the TV show on TLC called Sister Wives. We decided that they don't have a bad thing going! It is so nice to have someone to shop with, talk with and have someone that you have a relationship with to help take care of your children. Brandy helped me with my girls hair, helped clean up, helped cook and even helped wrap all my kids Christmas presents. I think that if we could live in one HUGE house, their family on one floor, ours on another, we keep our own husbands, I am NOT going to share, it could be awesome to have a Sister Wife!! :)

The time that we have spent with them this month has been unforgettable. We have laughed, cried, talked, stayed up really late and had a very memorable time. It is always so fun to make so many great memories with all of our family, but for the last two weeks we especially enjoyed the memories that we have made with Bryan, Brandy, Savannah, Peyton, Tatum and Ella! We love you all and we feel so blessed that we got to spend our holiday with you! We all felt a little piece of our home leave when you left today. We can't wait until the next time that we can see you and hope that it will not be a long time! Thanks for making the trip out this way, it was so worth it for us, but we weren't the ones driving! :) Thanks for the memories and the gift of your time! We Love You!!
